Food Pantry

H.E.L.P. Inc. is proud to be part of a hunger relief network in partnership with Feeding America Riverside | San Bernardino and the United States Department of Agriculture (USDA).

In addition to these partnerships, we purchase food using grant funding from local businesses and generous monetary donations from our supporters. These combined efforts allow us to provide a well-rounded, nourishing monthly basket of food to individuals and families in need.

Thrift Store – Bargains Galore!

The Thrift Store is an essential part of H.E.L.P. Inc., generating vital operational income while offering the community a welcoming place to shop for gently used clothing and small household items—all at incredible prices.

Staffed by our caring volunteers, the store is thoughtfully organized into departments that reflect the current season, with a fashionable boutique section that adds a touch of flair.

Shoppers will love discovering hidden treasures throughout the store—all priced to sell!

Thrift Store Donations

We gladly welcome donations of:

• New and gently used, clean clothing for men, women, and children

• Toys and jewelry

• Small household items

• Bedding and linens

• Small antiques

• Seasonal items

Please note that we are unable to accept large pieces of furniture at this time.

Guidelines to Donate

• Donations are accepted only on Mondays and Wednesdays between 9:00 a.m. and 12:30 p.m.

• Please bring your donations to:
 53 South 6th Street, Banning, CA

• Deliveries should be made at the rear of the building.

Utility Assistance Programs

H.E.L.P. Inc. partners with the United Way of Greater Los Angeles to assist eligible Southern California Edison and Southern California Gas customers with utility bill payments.

To qualify, applicants must meet annual income guidelines and may receive assistance once within a 365-day period.
